Shipping policy

All packages are shipped USPS and a signature is not required upon delivery. Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Your shipping address must be in the United States, or a United States Territory. Prescription products including Tretinoin, Latisse, Obagi Clear, Obagi Blender, and the Obagi Nu-Derm Kit cannot be shipped to Canada.

Orders are processed by the next business day and may take up to 21 business days for delivery.
